Burn 24-7 UK is overseen by the Core Team comprising Robin & Claire Dillamore, Will Byng, Helen Carr, Sean Gooch, and Lee Gater with valuable help and support provided by Jo Maynard (Field Training Coordinator) and Phil & Debs Goldstone (Regional Directors).
Will Byng
Core Team & Regional Director (North)
Will lives in Durham with wife Karen and daughters Esther and Florence, and they have four adult children, Saskia, Sam, Isaac and Ruby. Will has been the Furnace Director for Burn 24-7 Durham since 2010.
Helen Carr
Core Team, Bookkeeper & Administrator
Helen lives in Chester with husband Nathan and daughters Lily and Abigail. They also bring leadership to Presence House of Worship in Chester, and Helen is part of the staff team at David’s Tent UK.
Claire Dillamore
National Director
Claire and Robin live in Chester. They have adult children living in Barcelona, Chester, and Greenville SC, and they have four grandsons. They also bring leadership to Presence House of Worship in Chester, and oversee the volunteer team at David’s Tent UK.

Lee Gater lives in South London with wife Sarah and their sons. He loves telling people about Jesus!

Deborah and Phil live in Norwich with daughter Iona. They also lead Burn 24-7 Norwich.

Sean Gooch
Core Team & Regional Director (South East)
Sean lives in Romford with wife Claire and children Joy-Anna and Ezra. Sean is a passionate Cycle Instructor and is also known as Cycle with Bikeman.
Jo Maynard
Field Training Coordinator
Jo and her husband live in High Wycombe. As well as overseeing Field Training in the UK, Jo co-leads Burn 24-7 High Wycombe together with Gillian Bennett.
